Would you tell me why the account holder's name is not changed after the application form has been submitted to Telistra twice (last year 2018 and this year 2019)?
The account name before is Mingzhe Cai, Account number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. New account name is Min LIU.
My Email is email@example.com Because I have not received bill, I can not pay the bill on time. It is big trouble for me.Please help me in urgent.

We tried to locate an account under your E-mail address was able to locate multiple accounts.
