i recently saw on the news that tpg was order to pay compesation to it members i have been here since 2019 i think it said tpg was suppose to contact its customer i have not been contacted how is this compo suppose to work will i ne3ed to swicth plans how does it even work i tryed contacting tpg but so far i have been ingored not very good consedering i succsfull payed my contact with them ?
Also interested in this. Mine just flat doesn't work anymore, while still getting the regular monthly plan deductions taken.

At this stage, I'd be happy to just not have to hotspot from my phone for everything when at home.
app ppl were suppose to be emailed i never was it started in 2018 and cont throught to 2019 to today many have app got payed
well app i just got told i wasetn effected even but i had a plan during those times that makes no sense 6tpg is basicly saaying potota potata ur still our customer so why would we pay u compo very bad and sad consdering i been there customer ner 4 years .................
think im just gonna leave no im not happy everyone else got compo now tpg is just plain ingoring me guess that is how they treat a customer of 4 years no live chat no support nutten this commuinty page is useess as ** on abull mods respond only to what they wanna reply to ?
