constant dropouts

Hi there - we are encountering regular dropouts with our service.  We have checked for outages with TPG and NBN and nothing related to our area.  Please help as this has become very frustrating.

The NBN tech literally left 45 mins ago and the internet has dropped out. AGAIN.

We noted our first dropout 45mins after NBN tech left. It’s back up now, however I will let you know if it continues.

Hi, we are experiencing drop outs again, and extremely slow connection when it is connected.  Can you please assist?
