dota 2 SEA and japan server ping

hello it s been a week now that im having ping issues with SEA and Japan server in DOTA 2. im getting 300+ ping at sea and 270+ ping at japan server. normally i only got 95ms at sea and 175ms at japan server. hope you can help me with this one. although my australia server ping is still the same at 6ms but i play with my friends at sea server that s why this is a problem for me.

Hi @jebersme . Do you know the hostname or ip address of one of the game servers having long ping times? 

If so, do tracert command to see where delays are occurring.

Command is  tracert  followed by hostname or ip address. Copy and paste the result back here.
