dropouts multiple times daily non stop

hi! my adsl constantly drops out I'm talking all day everyday. Usually lasts about 2 or 3 minutes then cuts out i cant even use wifi on my phone anymore as i cant do anything without loading constantly

watching streaming services is almost impossible due to constant cutting out

please help me to resolve this issue

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

  • Check our Service Status at https://www.tpg.com.au/servicestatus
  • "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.

If you are still unable to connect to the Internet, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: https://www.tpg.com.au/support/problems_connect_internet.php.

 

In your case, we've tested the line and was not able to detect any fault within the copper network and the modem shows a stable connection as of the moment. We've also checked your address and the NBN technology is already available for you.

We recommend to process the change from ADSL to NBN, while the copper line is active to avoid delays or service disruption.
