I have been having trouble ith e mail for three weeks now and i'm feeling angry and frustrated with TPG! I cannot get any help, and when I get to someone they say just do..... (no instructions on how to do whatever I'm told, as I am not very tech savvy I do not know the computer technically to be able to do some of these instructions) When I open e mails all the printing is on top of line after line of text and also the mail boxes etc. The folders I had before this happened have disappeared too. I have 558 posts to read and
I feel TRAPPED as I have signed with TPG for 2 years or I would go to another ISP (maybe smaller ones would be better, BIG is not always BETTER.)
