I had my @picknowl.com.au email address forwarded to email@example.com since TPG took over Chariot. I opted to migrate to Messaging Company recently. As of Fri 15/9/23 the forwarding has stopped. None of my @picknowl emails get to me. I have established that the @TPG box is working but that is not an email address that I use. I now undertsand from TPG support staff that the migration to Messaging Company has started! It seems to me that the migration has broken the forwarding I had. How do I get TPG to fix it???
