email sending

I can receive emails but suddenly I cannot send or reply to emails.  The error message I receive using Windows live is as follows :

Server Error: 535
Server Response: 535 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User sobb@tpg.com.au is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse
Server: 'mail.tpg.com.au'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC78
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 587
Secure(SSL): No
 
What can I do since none of m emails have been abusive since I only communicate with people of my family or organsations.  A scan done immediately before I started to log on to my emails reported  no problems. Thanks.

Hi @michael1,

 

It looks like the server marked your account as spam, which is why it is banned.

 

Have you tried sending out emails via Post Office?
