emails not being recieved

I sent an email on 3/5/22 which wasn't received though I didn't receive any notification it wasn't.

I sent another email on 4/5/22 to another address which wasn't received but this time I did get this  notification:

We'll have your email issue be endorsed to our postmaster. Kindly message us your TPG customer ID or username, so we can have it investigated immediately.

Good day! We received an update from our postmaster and it appears that we are unable to find any logs from your TPG email from last month.

If those two emails listed in your post "which need to remain confidential" then why are you publishing them on a public forum as you have?
