I am getting errors with my tpg email - using Apple mail. Also I get TLS certificate errors when I try to load the tpg website.
Hi adslbbly. Does the certificate error occur when logging into Post Office or using Apple mail?
What is the actual error message?
Just happened now? Any software updates been done?
It occurs when i'm using Apple mail - the error appears on the emails I have sent through Apple mail on my recipient's email clients. Apple mail has also been intermittantly problematic in the last few weeks with my tpg account.
Is it just the one recipient that gets the "encrypt" message or do other people using other email servers also get it?
Are your emails sent properly when you use the Post Office through a browser?
