i want to keep my email address is that possible and if so how do i do it
and i have arranged for new service provider as of yesterday and want to know what happens to the unused part of my bill eg bill start jan 1st bill end jan 31st service cancelled 15th Jan---what happens to the 16 days?

In regards to the unused service, it will be assessed by our Accounts team if it can be used as credit or be refunded.
