Level 1

Home phone does not work properly after instalation.

We can dial out but no one can call in. It goes directly to a message bank ( which does not exist)

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that the account was installed and activated on the 16th of July.


The home phone number was ported from your previous provider to us, which the process may take 1 to 5 working days upon activation. The incoming call will not work while the phone number is being ported.


The porting should be finished by Friday or Monday and the incoming calls should start working.
