internet connection problem - ADSL2

Hi,

 

Internet light is flashing and almost every 5 to 10 minutes internet connection is cut off.

Thank you for raising this with us and my apologies for the disruption to your service. I want to have this investigated, I went ahead and searched for your account on my system, but I am unable to make a match. Are you able to send us your TPG account details so we can run some remote test on your connection and identify the possible cause of the issue and fix it?
