Get online support
My NBN installation works fine, has been fine for years, now suddenly it keeps disconnecting fro mthe network and takes ages to reconnect. I go in to the modem admin area and I see a globe with a cross, so it cant connect othe TPG network. Username and password hasnt been changed and worked fine for years. What do I do next?

What model wifi router?
When disconnection occurs, any changes to the lights on router and NBN box (if you have one)?
