Get online support

internet is not working properly from last week

Dear TPG Team, 
 
My internet is not working properly, very very slow and continuously disruption.
 
My details :
 
Address : ********************** SA.
 
I also emailed this but I got beilow reply from TPG team.

I am really unable to find the solution. Can you guys please help me,
