Its been 2 weeks now, the internet has been dropped out completely. I have reset the modem and turned it of and on and nothing.
Is there a connection problem? Or maybe a problem with the phone line?

Using your community details, I was able to check your account and run some tests. It appears that your modem is currently unable to detect any signal from the line itself. And though we're detecting a possible fault, we need to conduct additional tests to determine where the problem is coming from exactly.
