just got my 100mbps package NBN today NO IMPRESS WITH THE SPEED!!!

after doing some research from the past thread 

i changing my wifi channel and i get the result below

31mbps download

25mbps upload

But from the plans i signing for(NBN100) this speed is no impressing at all.

We have located the account using your community details.

 

As per checking, the installation of your NBN service is still not completed and our Provisioning Team has coordinated the matter with NBN Co.

 

We'd like to make sure that the order must be completed first before we proceed with troubleshooting the speed issue.

 

We are expecting to receive a new feedback from NBN Co. anytime between now and Tuesday, 28/May/2019.

 

We'll monitor this and will provide an update where possible. Thank you.
