lights on my Network Connection Device

Hi team, I’ve received my NCD, TPG modem and a text message informing me to connect to the service but the modem does not recognize an internet connection - the LAN light on the NCD is not turning on.

Have you seen this article on setting up? New Connection Setup Help

It has a diagram showing proper connections.

If still not working, could you post a picture of the back of the units showing all the cables?

Hi! I followed the instructions as best as I could and don’t believe I’ve made an error.

You can see the setup in the attached pictures I have plugged in the gateway port on the NCD to the WAN port on the modem and the wall socket port on the NCD to the wall socket.

My home only has one wall socket.

The cable between the two boxes has to be ethernet cable. In the picture, it looks like it is a telephone cable.
