lost router login

it seems we have been locked out of our router. how can we regain access to it? none of the passwords or usernames are working. how can we fix this?

The other way to retrieve the router's log-in password is to do a hard-reset / factory reset.

I would love to provide you the instructions.

What brand of modem/router and model number you have?
