Compensation for slow speed

Can someone please look at my account and see if Im to be compensated for the slow NBN speed? I dont seem to have an email, although perhaps it has gone to spam.  If Im eligible please resend the emails.

I can see that you have been assisted yesterday and that your current plan has been successfully changed. The new plan should be activated within 1-3 working days.
