I'm Trying to upgrade my NBN to NBN50 and get the following message;

 

Unfortunately there was an unexpected error when submitting your registration.

Please contact TPG Customer Service on 13 14 23 for further assistance.
When contacting TPG, please quote this error code: < E:adsl_comm:thread_exists >
 
I've tried the chat support for a week but been unable to get through to the NBN plan change team.
Is there any way I can just log a ticket to get this resolved.
