My tpg email stopped sending and receiving, nothing from my end has changed and was working fine for months up until Sunday evening.
Hi @GrumpyUser . Is the problem occurring with Post Office or an email client on your device?
What happens when you try to send an email? Stays in outbox, or gets bounce error?
What happens at your end when you check your Inbox?
What happens at the other end when someone tries to send to you? Bounce error?

the problem is with thunderbird on my PC and the mail app on my iphone.
I can connect to webmail and see my incoming emails but the same credentials respond with "invalid username or password" when attempting to use a mail client
I cant log in to my account to send an email, check the inbox
I am receiving email but only to the mail server
@GrumpyUser . Can you activate the logging function in Thunderbird. It might have more detail. Look at the POP and SMTP sections.
