my download speeds has halved in a week (FTTP)

Hello

I have FTTP and pay for the 100mbs plan. I have only moved into new home for 2 x weeks when I 1st connected to NBN box speeds where going in high 90mbs even in my back room via wifi. But now the speeds have dropped even doing a speedtest next to modem im only getting highest 40mbs.

I have tried re starting the modem, doing a hard reset of modem & NBN box and still the same speeds.

I am hoping someone in the TPG community can help me out.

Are you using a WiFi connection to test the speed or did you try to use a Wired connection as well? We've created a community article which will guide you with some troubleshooting. Check this link.
