nbn box took too long to connect. DSL light is flashing, power and link light is on

After a period of time approximately 24 hours, the internet will get disconnected and dsl light will be flashing. It will take 1-2hours before the dsl light back on light and the internet will be restored.

I tried reset the nbn box by pressing the reset button for 20 secs, but it is still not working
