We have nbn bundle 100mbps via HFC. Modem is the standard one tpg provided (white tp-link one).
For the last few weeks the internet drops out most nights at least once or twice. nbn box lights remain on, but modem's internet light is off. Resetting the modem mostly works but it's frustrating to have to reset modem several times a night. Is it a modem problem? If so can I get a new one? (happy to pay extra to upgrade to better modem with better range but that's a separate issue!)
