nbn not stable

For some reason the nbn connection I have is unstable and often connects and disconnects multiple times throughout the day.
 
At times, there is no connection for several minutes at a time.
 
Can you help to look into this?

Thanks for reaching out.

We've tested the line and was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network.

However, we've seen the logs that the service has been dropping out. We've raised this with our Engineering team for further investigation and updates will be given within 24 to 48 hours as soon as it becomes available.
