nbn outage

Have been without connection since Friday 16th Dec 1pm. Alledgedly only 73 houses affected and was  told yesterday that NBN Co have contacted 3rd party re problem but they haven't replied as of yet. I was told I would be receiving SMS updates on status of this but have received nothing. How do I find out restoration information that can give me an indication of when this will be fixed.
