No internet since last night around 9:30 pm at my address. The upload light fleshing and internet connection light off shown on NBN box. It would be appreciated if someone can check it or let me know when I can have the internet back. Thank you.

We ran an initial test to the service the result shows a possible line fault causing the service not to work, we raised this to our Engineering Team for further handling and investigation.
