Recently ungraded to the FTTN50 plan which advertised to have a typical evening download speed of about 44mbs dont know what during the day...stupidly i thought more... any way have done the speed test over the last three nights ... 17.5.....17.0.....16.2..... and during the mornings somewhere in the low twenties.
Very unhappy TPG!! so rang their contact number 131423 just went around and around in circles suggesting i get on the website. Eventually hung up.
I am not very tech savvy i just want to plug things in and expect them to work
They have not delivered their product as promised.
