nbn50 speeds

I am on NBN50 plan but i have NEVER got anywhere close to that. I have tried the two wireless option and also hardwired to router etc.. 

I read ALOT of complains in this community... Is TPG a fraud in all their advertising?

I can see you plan change to the NBN50 plan has been completed.

I have reset your NBN NTD. Can you please restart your router and retest your NBN connection speed.
