We have not had email service for 2 weeks. Has anyone had a successful outcome from TPG in the last 2 weeks? I achieved successful contact twice on online chat, but was told I would be contacted on my mobile. Did not happen. Sent many website emails. No response. Automated email replies sent to our gmail account with promise of contact within 4 hours. No response.
