no internet

hi my internet hasn’t been working since yesterday and the lights are still on such as the power, internet, ADSL and the WLAN. we have tried to turn it on and off and re plug everything but it still does not connect to any devices.

I am unable to locate your account using your Community details. Any chance you can send your Customer ID or service address via private message so we can assist you accordingly and be able to run remote tests on your line?
