I am trying to log into "my accont" for the first time so i can activate my sim, but i cannot seem to find a password that might have been sent to me before hand. when i try and click on forgot password it comes up with an error
"Sorry, we are unable to send your temporary password.
Please check and try again here."

Upon sign up, the system will normally require you to nominate a password of your choice.
Let us have your account number or TPG mobile number via PM so we can assist with the activation.
