Good evening. My name is Miguel Saavedra, a customer of yours, and I am writing to you because I have been without internet at home since December 24th. And the worst of all is not that, it is that I was already without service from the first of December until 12th.
On the web site it says that it would be fixed today, but I am still without connection. Could you tell me when I will be able to have internet service at home again (it is wireless).
