only getting half my speed

hi sor for ages ive had the 100/25 speed and getting around 95/18  and was very happy.

now i am getting 50/13 not to happy this is at not peak time only person on the internet no other devices and wired.

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Could you check the sync speed (Downstream and Upstream) that you are getting from your modem/router?

Aside from wired, do you have any device that's connected to the 5GHz band WiFi network? What's the speed you are getting from it?

Hi thanks for reply

max up stream 22599   and max down 69376 on router

 on my mobile  up is 18.8Mbps   and down is 62.9Mbps on both 2.4 and 5ghtz and only device connected
