Hi my clients have been sending me emails and now you have blocked them. they are from a reputable charity organisation.This is not acceptable on any terms. Please rectify this now.

Did your clients receive a bounce back error message?

Are you able to send emails to them without any problems?

 

Have you tried to adjust your mail filtering?
