outage for three days

Hello TPG team,

No internet at home for past three days. Everytime I call, I need to wait for 1 hr to get a support person, who don't understand any of my issues.

Finally got it esalcted, but first 24 hrs, no response from them. No direct way to call that esclation team, so styaing on support line for one hour, still no luck. 

When will my Internet will be fixed ?
