Thanks for raising this to us, I went ahead and performed remote test to the service, the result shows its connected for 15h 34m. I would like to confirm what particular devices are affected with the connection dropouts.
In the event that its the devices connected via Wi-FI, the dropout could caused by Wireless Interference. We did an aritcle that you may find helpful.
