Get online support

phone line out and no phone or internet since Feb

Hello,

Our home phone is with telstra as is my mobile. we have had a TPG account for our ADSL 2 internet for many years. We have major outage issues in our area ( Dural). since the storms in Febuary. The date of repair was meant to be last week, now advised it is April.Telstra are unwilling to give me additional data to my mobile or provide me with internet access as our internet account is with you and have directed us to contact you.

 

I work from home and  have 2 school age children( one completing year 12 with chronic health issues and she mostly home schools).My son is also a university student. Can you please assist us in getting internet service back or provide us with an alterntive option ( like data to a phone or device we can share in the house).

Before attempting the troubleshooting steps, we recommend that you do the following below.

  • Check our Service Status at https://www.tpg.com.au/servicestatus
  • "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server.

If you are still unable to connect to the Internet, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: https://www.tpg.com.au/support/problems_connect_internet.php

 

In this case, it appears that the issue within the Telstra network has been resolved and it shows that your internet service with us has been restored.
