Get online support
I have been without internet for 2 days. Windows diagnostic shows "Your DNS server might be unavailable"
The internet light on the modem is off and the lights that are on are static. I have reset the router multiple times.
There was a power outage in the area on the 24th but the internet was back after that but has now been out today and yesterday, 25th and 26th.

What are the lights on the NBN box, if you have one?
On the router, what is state of WAN and DSL lights.
