Hi all,
I am currently out of town and for the past few days all the devices gone offline, is there a way to restart the router for nbn connection remotely?

Hi @Ayda1990,

We managed to ran an initial test to the service it shows  a line fault that causes connection issues. This has been raised to our Engineering Team  for investigation and assessment. Expect them to contact you within 24-48hrs when update becomes available via SMS or Phone call.
