How do I report a nbn line fault?

Nobody answers the support line, still on waiting for someone to answer after 2 hours. 

 

There was a storm earlier today and the connection light is red and the nbn box is clicking when the line is plugged in and when it is not plugged in the connection light is bluw and flashing (no clicking)

 

I have checked several times and there is no nbn outage in my area or for my address

I have lost nbn connection at 11 Kensington Rd, Bolwarra 2320 following an electrical storm. The modem/ router has a solid red light.

I have no NBN broadband our house in Kensington Road, Bolwarra following an electrical storm. These is no NBN outage in the street . I installed a new modem/router today which displayed a green light for a while then turned red. No matter how many times I rebooted it still came up red.
