Hi,
I have been told that there is a line fault but I am not able to provide access to technician till August, is there a way to try to resolve the issue remotely or reset the system which might fix the no connection issue?

Hi @Ayda1990

 

We've reviewed your case and all possible steps have been performed by our Engineers in attempt to restore your service remotely to no avail.

 

They've booked the earliest NBN technician, which was last 13 July 2022, but you've requested to move it on August 2022 instead.

 

If you really need the service, we can advise our Engineers to check if there's any earlier schedule for us to book for you.

Let me know your decision.
