I changed my NBN 25 plan to 50 and received an email from TPG saying that the change is comleted but my network speed is still the same.
I restarted the modem and still got the same speed.

Looking at your account, we can confirm that the order has been completed. Your modem also appears to be getting the sync speed configured on the new plan. Let us check as to why you're still getting the old speed, shoot us a private message for further troubleshooting.

Thank you for your answer. i checked again the speed and got the 50mb, the problem is fixed. Thank you.
