The NBN connection at my parents' residence poses frequent issues, experiencing four outages this year due to NBN problems. In December, the connection was unavailable for over a month (from November 30th to January 11th) while I was overseas, leaving my parents without internet access. Is there any possibility of claiming compensation for the month-long service disruption?

Please note that NBN reserve the right to perform maintenance work from time to time, which may temporarily interrupt your access to the service. Where possible, NBN perform this work during non-peak times.
