Hi guys I am not happy with the arris modem and I am hoping that some tech gurus can help me the correct settings for a tp link tc 7650 cable modem any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @fionaieraci,

This is just a follow up to the question you've raised.

I checked the TP-Link TC 7650 modem you've mentioned which is a DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem. Are you trying to replace the Arris cable box with it? Because you can't since that equipment is owned by NBNCo and you need to use the NBN-installed equipment for the NBN-HFC service to work.
