I have a new 5G Home Broadband Modem, my plan is the premium 5G Home Broadband therefore I should be getting minimum speed of 20mbps to 100mbps, however after I have completed setting the modem up the internet speed shows "status: disconnected" from the sagemcom menu, after I resolved that issue, the internet speed was ranging from 1-5mbps for both 5GHz and 2.4GHz. I have tried fixing the issue through placing the modem at different areas of my home, reset the modem, turned it on and off. How do I fix this issue?
