I have tried to connect my home wireless broadband today without success and when I called the support hotline, the system did not recognize the numbers I put in to select my responses to the questions (e.g. are you the person who requested the support? please press 1). After the system had not recognized my responses 3 times in a row, it kicked me out of the support call.


I would be very grateful for any advice you can provide because I really need to get my broadband set up as soon as possible.
