is there an email address users can email TPG instead of calling? ive missed calls from TPG and when i call back the person who answers has no idea why ive been called or what to do. so, they ID me and "check" but all that ends up happening is that they try to cross sell me products that i dont want.
ive send emails to community@tpg.com.au a few times with no response.
