hi im trying to pay my account but everytime i go to it keeps saying An existing payment transaction is in progress. and each time i go to it keeps saying it

I nave entered my new credit card after I was scammed and I have lost the internet connection Ithink last debit was unsuccessful outstanding $54.90 which I was advised by a message which I suspected being a scam and I never open those and don’t click on link. The message was said it more information will provided by email, which I can’t recalled ever received. Now we haven’t access at internet for several days
